1 pie crust
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 lb Prosciutto
1/4 lb Swiss cheese
1 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh basil
Preheat oven to 350 F. Beat eggs and cream until smooth. Stir in spices. Layer prosciutto and swiss in pie crust and cover with custard mix. Bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy.
