Even though I was their captive, the Indians allowed me quite a bit of freedom. I could walk about freely, make my own meals, and even hurl large rocks at their heads. It was only later that I discovered they were not Indians at all, but dirty clothes hampers.

In case you ever start to feel safe riding your bicycle in LA, I present the case of Dr. Christopher Thompson, an ER doctor who apparently tried to murder a cyclist in a fit of road rage [more]. (warning, that first link is kinda gruesome)

Yes, that’s right, an ER doctor decided to turn his vehicle into a weapon which he used to attack some innocent people on bicycles. LA is kinda fucked up.

Update: but not as fucked up as Manitoba!
